We are seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Administrative Support Assistant to help with organizing tasks, managing digital tools, and supporting social media content and communications. What You’ll Do

General Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, emails, note-taking, and formatting documents.

Organization & Data Management: Manage files, track information, and perform data entry using Google Workspace.

Communications Support: Draft meeting agendas, outreach emails, and help monitor shared inboxes.

Website and Social Media Updates: Support light updates on Wix and help plan, draft, and schedule social media content.

Meeting & Event Coordination: Prepare materials, manage RSVPs, and help coordinate logistics for events.

Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for keeping things on track

A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal

Tech-savvy or eager to learn new digital tools (like Google Workspace, Monday.com, Trello, Wix)
